Welcome to Terps & Co Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • You authorise us to charge the applicable fees

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including where pricing errors or availability issues occur.

6. Refunds, Returns and Replacements

Our refund and replacement policy forms part of these Terms.

Replacement of Broken Bottles

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the broken items in their packaging and contact us at ahoy@drinkterps.co.nz with your order number and images. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Claims for damaged goods must be made within three (3) days of delivery.

Defective Products

Defective products will be replaced or a store credit will be offered, at your choice. If you have a concern, please contact us at ahoy@drinkterps.co.nz.

Except as required under New Zealand consumer law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993), we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Terps & Co Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

If you submit or post content:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content

  • You represent that you have the rights to provide such content

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
